Hallo erstmal!

Ich wollte auch mal eine runde kanotix probieren - und habe es auf meinem notebook installiert. die netzwerkkarte funktioniert artig - jedoch nur für kurze zeit.
unter "ifconfig" sind noch alle daten richtig gesetzt, jedoch kann ich die karte erst wieder benutzen, wenn ich die (gleiche) ip neu setze.

ich bin jetzt ziemlich ratlos (nach all den jahren GNU/Linux) - weil ich keinerlei hinweise auf das problem finde. also in logs etc.

hallo!

kurzer statusbericht: mit nem selbstgebackenen 2.6.19.2 funktioniert alles wie es soll. ich kann jetzt sogar mein dvd laufwerk mit DMA benutzen - obwohl ich ne sata platte im notebook hab. ich glaube der std. kernel von kanotix braucht ein wenig feinschliff?
