Rebooted this morning and the error messages have disappeared. No clue as to why. But perhaps everything might just turn out OK.  |

I got the same error messages after udev 0.90-3 but they disappeared on reboot. I upgraded to 0.90-4 this morning; kernel errors come up at boot and don't disappear at reboot. Everything appears to be working OK though.

PS Boots without any error messages with 2.6.16.5 so this appears to be a 2.6.16.9 issue

| Yes, I just dist-upgraded again and noticed udev listed. Error messages cropped up. I am using the latest kernel too. Don't seem to be a problem either. |

Since I upgraded to XOrg 7.0, I have some odd problems.
If I run glxgears, or glxgears -iacknowledgethatthistoolisnotabenchmark or infobash -v
I am booted out of KDE to a blank screen, and then have to login again.
I am running the latest kernel 2.6.16.9-kanotix-1
Any ideas?
Edit: Fixed by running the install-debian-nvidia script
