ipw2200: Failed to send CARD_DISABLE: Command timed out.
ipw2200: Firmware error detected. Restarting.
ipw2200: Sysfs 'error' log captured.
My wireless conection goes up and down randomly!!!! I have just installed kanotix-2006-easter-rc4.
To connect i do:
iwconfig eth1 essid linksys key xxxxxxxxxx
dhclient eth1
Any idea? Thnx |

Which laptop do you have? Mine is Toshiba M45, I have IRQ conflicts -- many devices on IRQ 11 -- I can boot with acpi=off, helps, but better results by blacklisting sbp2 ieee1394 eth1394 and ohci1394
other cheatcodes may help such as pci=routeirq
