Hello,
I have a problem my notebook. It has an old 12 inch screen and only supports the 800x600 resolution. In the CD live mode, in order to get the right resolution I have to choose in GRUB the framebuffer800x600 line and also the 800x600 option found by pressing F4.
After the Hardware install, when I start the computer, I still have to choose the 800x600 option by pressing F4. If I don't do that the resolution is wrong because the default is 1024x768. It is quite annoying to have to do that everytime I boot since I only have 4 secondes to do it before the default valuestake over.
Has someone an idea how to do to have the 800x600 as default instead of 1024x768 on he F4 menu?.
Thank you very much.
