| I have just downloaded and burnt to dvd succesfully the latest live verison 2011-3, but cannot install to hard drive? There is nowhere on the menu that enables me to do so. Any help would be appreciated thanks. |

| Thanks very much. I found that and tried it. If I want to use the whole HD do I use automatic choice #1? How long does it take, because after 35 minutes nothing was happening? Thank you. |

i would prefer a manual partitioning in any case (best flexibility  ) after that you can open gparted and create a partition that covers the whole HD
