Titel: changed videocard-- X won't start

I just changed my videocard, was SIS315 now Nvidia fx5200, cause I wanted
3D to work.
Now on my hdd install of kanotix , X won't start , no screens found it says.
I updated kanotix scripts from console and ran install-nvidia-debian.sh
this went whitout errors but when I did "startx" afterwards , X still didn't start.
Is there another command so I can reconfigure video-settings from console?
ps from live-CD everything works fine,

knxcc
and display card redetect. |

apt-get install knxcc
display
redetect
