User has no KDE sound

The previous BH versions had all perfect sound, also as a user. In BH7/7a one can hear the KDE system sound only as roots, despite correct settings (control center, kmix) .

Possible solutions:

>-1. Solution

> The files knotifyrc, knotify.eventsrc and kcmartsrc must de deleted in the directory
/home/user/.kde/share/config (kde/is a hidden file into home) and then one has sound again just like root.
